Hola, mi compadres!
So, this month, I have decided to experiment with something. Yes, I work out (at least twice a week), and I'm a vegetarian....But sometimes (and by sometimes I mean when I eat junk for lunch that has lots and lots of preservatives and salt in it) I feel gross. And when I feel gross, I just can't function right. I'm not as bendy as I should be, and I'm nowhere near as happy as I should be! So, for one month, I am going to eat a salad, every day (well, every day at work) for lunch. Maybe a bag of chips...But definitely a salad and a water. A will be svelt and happy. I will!!! lol.
Also, whenever I get more money (*sigh*) I am going to be visiting this energy therapist that my friend keeps trying to get me to go to. I should have the money by my next paycheck. Fingers crossed! But I really need something. My chi is all fucked up. lol.
