So the Michigan Renaissance Festival is proving a bit trickier to get a hold of than I thought it ever would be. The wedding planner is almost never there, and good luck getting the teensiest bit of information out of anyone else. It has come down to possibly not doing it at the RenFest at all. This would be sad, but if I won't be able to even set a date for the wedding until six months before... I don't know. It just seems really unprofessional for the amount of money that we would be sinking into this endeavor. So, simultaneously, while I'm waiting for the wedding coordinator to call me back (for the millionth try to get information from someone), I'm researching other parks, nature reserves, and town halls that we could have our wedding. Just in case it turns out that the RenFest falls through. It would be sad, but at least that way we could customize the wedding more to exactly our liking. Pros and Cons to everything, I guess.
Oh! And my coworker helped me set up a registry online for Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I think we'll also do Target, though, just to be safe.
