I am thankful for:
-that I'm not as sick as my husband
-that my toes are not, at the present moment, cold
-that the dog did NOT throw up last night
-that the cat did NOT just take a stinky shit, right when I'm sitting down to breakfast
-that there is a coffee shop on campus
-that I have a dollar in my checking account that will allow me to acquire said coffee
-that it is Monday and I can sleep when I get home
