Weekend Snaps: what I did (horrendously late)

Plenty - and I mean PLENTY - of lonely lounging while the husband was away at drill

My sister's graduation party.  Awesome little side note: the artwork on the cakes is actually one of her fractal pieces.  This crummy picture doesn't do the cakes or her work justice.  She is amazingly talented!  You can check her out here.  <---(Shameless plug)

Did some baking (more vegan oatcakes.  I'm almost tired of the recipe, but not quite yet.)  Look at those adorable little enamel dipping pots I found at Goodwill the other day!  Aren't they just so cheerful?

Awwwe!  And lookit the sweet seepy kitten.  Pets are much like children (from what I hear): at their best when they're asleep.
