well, here I am with this fantastic boyfriend, a brand new (-ish) apartment, and ten extra pounds. :p
Everything is going so well in my life right now that I really can't complain that a couple extra pounds have decided to join the party. However, I don't like the ten-pounds-over-goal-weight-me, so I'm going to have to do something about it. I know a lot of that is from moving everything and my crazy hectic classes. Between the stress and the time (of which I have precious little these days,) I've just sort of lost track of the healthy eating thing. So I'll jump right back on that wagon with both feet (threw away my swiss cake rolls last night :( ), and worry about actually counting calories in a couple weeks if I still haven't lost any weight. For the moment, though, I think I'm going to just cut out dessert-y foods altogether (except maybe an ice cream on a particularly hot Sunday or something like that), eat more veggies, eat a teeny-tiny dinner instead of a nice, filling one (because you really don't need that energy from that food while you sleep), and run every night after I get home from work.
I'll check back in in a few days and let you know how it's going. Right now I feel optimistic. I'm pumped and ready to do the shit outta this! Ten pounds isn't that bad. It's doable. 110, here I come! :)
