Circulating Dogs

I've heard of therapy dogs traveling around from place to place, and I've even heard tell that it was possible to circulate a dog through a library, but this kind of breaks all previously held conceptions of "3-D Objects" in a library's catalog! Never mind checking out a globe or a map, I want a mu'fuggin' dog!
