For people who practice yoga regularly, a very common complaint is sweaty feet. I don't know why, but it seems like our feet sweat and inordinate amount. A wonderful remedy I've found is soaking your feet in cold black tea.
add a LOT of hot water to a foot bath, then dunk in 5-10 black tea bags. You might want to add some ice to cool it off. Let your feet soak for...oh, I don't know...15-20 minutes. Hand to god, works like a charm. :)
