Good, good morning, Mon -no wait - Tuesday!! This weekend just flew by on wings of relaxing bliss.  It being memorial day and all, I didn't have to work Monday, which made it a long and lovely weekend for me! Unfortunately, the Ginge still had to work. But at least we had the weekend together!
On Friday, Mum and I went shopping. We picked up some groceries and a yoga tank top for her, so she can start going to yoga classes with me on Wednesday. HUZZAH!
On Saturday, Nate went to his parent's house to sort through some of his Army stuff.  Now that his transfer is finally complete he will be back to drilling every month, so we have to make sure all his uniforms and stuff are readily to hand. So he spent the morning doing that, and I spent the morning...well... lounging, actually. Quite shamelessly, if I do say so myself. A nap might've slipped in somewhere. I don't know for sure; it was all a blur.
Sunday my sister and I went to a yoga nidra and gong bath.  Well, we were supposed to.  We got there and the instructor pulled up in tears.  Turned out she had just run over her cat, so class - needless to say - was canceled.
Monday was spent lying about, slipping in and out of sleep, and watching Spaced, a new Britcom I found/have fallen in love with.

Simon Pegg.  Need I say more?  I think not.  Around 2:00, I meandered out to the shoppes (by "shoppes" I mean one shop: barnes and noble), then met up with the Ginge for a massage.  It felt amazing and was long overdue.  The rest of the night we just spent watching a movie, eating dinner (rice and veggies for the win, yo!), and snuggling.  It was pure bliss.

So that's what's up on the home-front this weekend.  On the fitness front, I've been resting and recouping.  I did something to tweak and old injury/unwellness in my shoulder this past week, so I tried to take it easy on account of that.  I've found that lying on my back on the floor for a few minutes helps to ease it sometimes.  Ginge says it's because our mattress is going and I'm no longer getting the support I need from it.  I did knock out a BodyRock workout on Monday, though!  Love Bodyrock!  I've fallen into a rut, however.  You see, I have a few good workouts pinned for afternoons/evenings when I'm just watching TV, but I feel the need for something new.  What are some of your favourite workouts?
Also exciting news on the fitness-front: I'm now fitfluential! :D  Not entirely sure what this means, but I'm working on figuring it out.

I guess that's all for now.  I'll be back tomorrow with a WIAW.  Hoping to also start a Fitness Friday theme, like the good lady, The Lean Green Bean.  Let's see if I can be a regular-enough blogger!
Question for today: what are some things that you struggle with in your fit quest?
