Friday

almost kicked my butt, but i persevered!
Monday: from fit2flex and from bodyrock I did the Lean Lust and the Push it Up workouts. All your ab crunch, Oblique ab crunch alternating – Elbow to Knee, Around the world abs, Knee Tuck & V Abs, Cross Under Abs – Alternate Between Left & Right (50 sec on, 10 sec off of each)
(Wow, my abs were shakin by the end!)

Tuesday and Wednesday I was a lazy bum and ran errands instead of an afternoon workout.  (Well, Wednesday I ran errands.  Tuesday i got to chill with the chillest baby ever and then run errands.)  I did, however, do the Push it Up and Lean Lust workouts that morning.

Thursday I did Bodyrock, again, this time I did one of her real time workouts and the Wide Awake Workout challenge.  That night, after a not-so-awesome dinner of Taco Hell (hey, I just had two bean burritos, no cheese or anything.  I was pretty good... as good as you can be with Taco Bell), the Ginge crashed on the couch, so I did this workout: One minute each of up-and-overs, jump-kicks, ab-sprawls,ready-sets-go, plank-punch, pop-up, and lateral-burbees.  Fun fun!  Then I took the puppy for a walk.  I've just installed this nifty little pedometer app on my phone.  I was appalled at how few steps I take during the day.  Must take major steps (AAAAHHH! .... get it!!??!?!?) to improve this.

Friday (That would be today, dahling) I did a bodyrock workout (Lean Lust, again, and one of her realtime workouts) in the morning, and planning on running a mile and doing this nifty workout I made up in the evening:
