Monday Motivation and What I did over the Weekend

Hey there!  How was your weekend?  Ours was good.. and not so good...
It started on Friday when our dog started urinating blood.  He's old, so immediately alarm bells went off in my head.  We took him to the hospital on Saturday, and luckily it turned out to just be a urinary tract infection.  He had so much fun at the vet's, getting attention and even a treat (the wet food they put the antibiotic in so the dog will eat it on its own) - the prostate exam was just a necessary evil, I guess.
Here he is, looking all tuckered out and still feeling poorly after we got home:

Also, I was able to pick up the surprise I made for the Ginge while he was at drill.  See?
The red one's mine, can't you tell?  The blue one is his because it's his favourite colour.

That night I went out and got groceries.  (Yay, groceries!)

Sunday morning was nice and relaxing.  We snoozed, we snuggled.  It was great.  I even got some work done!  See here my cozy little workstation?  (not pictured, in a manic cleaning spree brought about by coronas and tequila shots, we decided to rearrange the office and the living room.  Now we have a nice little study with two desks, one for each of us.)

Sunday night, Nate had a hockey game.  Love the jersey!

The rink was cold, but I got a lot of cheering/reading done.

Now for today's motivation! (Monday=Motivation... what do you think?  I'm trying something new.)
This is something I found in my Meditation Daily subscription:

I breathe in love with gratitude and reverence.
I breathe out love without condition or expectation.
Every breath is a sacred and extraordinary gift.
What are you thankful for, today?
