Good morning, Fitness Fans!
How are we all feeling today? I, for one, am very relieved it's Friday. It's been a bit of a rough week.
Today being 'Fitness Friday,' I thought I'd share with you the workouts I did this week.
Monday, I did the FU fat A** workout from bodyrock. This workout consists of 30sec on /10sec rest, twice through:
Elevated Cross Push-Ups
Tuck Abs
Squat & Press – using the Pink
Clean & Press – using the Pink
Bicycle Abs
Jumps Lunges
Bicep Curls – using the Pink
V Abs Left
V Abs Right
Elevated Tricep Dips
Mountain Climbers
Burpees with Push-up
Squat & Press – using the Pink
Over Head Abs – using the Pink
Jump Lunges
Frog Jumps Forward & Back
That evening I made this workout up and smashed it out!
Tuesday, I repeated the FU Fat A** workout in the morning, and took a breather that night.
Wednesday, I did the FU Fat A** (yet again) and mixed it up that evening with this routine that I made up, myself. (It went very well with Rocky, which I finally got around to seeing after 23 years! "Yo, Adrienne!"
Thursday I tried Bodyrock's "Scream Workout", which is 10 of each move, for four minutes straight, three times. The moves were these:
10 Reps Squat jumps wide and close
10 Drunk Chickens
10 Jump Tucks
10 Sandbag Touchdowns with Side PushUps 5 Per Side
It wasn't too bad... but those squat jumps were hurtin' me by the end of the day!
Needless to say, I lazed about that night and laughed at Jersey Shore re-runs.
Today, I repeated the "Scream Workout," (woof) and I have every intention of doing this tonight:
Sometime... Between grocery shopping with my mummy and hanging out with some friends this evening. Hmm... Well, as long as I do it by the end of this weekend, I'll be happy.
Speaking of, I do have a fun weekend planned! Tonight (as previously stated) the Ginge and I are hanging out with some friends. Then Sunday we're ((hopefully!)) going innertubing down the Mackinaw River! I hope it's nice and hot that day. :)
